Account Associate
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Grow your career while you help your community! As an Account Associate at the O'Malley Agency, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers satisfaction. The purpose of this role is to help develop our agency through meaningful customer interactions and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. If you're an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we'd be eager to meet you!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Discuss Auto, Home, Life, and Health Insurance quotes with prospective customers
    • Follow-up with various prospective customers
    • Quote State Farm policies over the phone and during in-office appointments with prospective customers
    • Bind coverage and provide proof of insurance
    • Attend networking and community events sponsored by the O'Malley Agency
  • Review Auto, Home, Life, and Health Insurance policies with current customers
    • Manage customer accounts and update information in the database
    • Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries
    • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status
  • Coordinate with corporate departments (Underwriting, Claims, etc...) to ensure that customer's requested policy changes are completed accurately and timely
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong work ethic & dedication to helping others
  • Indiana Property & Casualty Producers license (We'll help you obtain this!)
  • Indiana Life, Accident, & Health Producers license (We'll help you obtain this!)
  • Strong CRM skills, multi-tasking abilities, and attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
