The HRIS Senior Analyst is responsible for system maintenance and programming for all functional areas of HR and Payroll. The analyst will partner with managers and vendors to recommend, implements, and plan for improvements, enhancements, and new applications to the system.

This position builds project plans, ensures adherence to project schedules, maintains a systems orientation, and can work effectively with peers to set technology priorities and conduct long-term planning. This position also serves as a technical point-of-contact for assigned functional areas and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. Job Responsibilities and Task: + Performs system maintenance, including assisting in the review, testing, and implementation of HCM system upgrades or patches. + Collaborates with functional areas and technical staff to coordinate application upgrades or fix. + Maintains HCM system tables. + Documents process and results. + Assist or lead HRIS projects such as new contract setup from start to finish while understanding the business structure, system requirements and managing the projects to achieve target scope and delivery deadline. + Partner closely with other functional areas to gain a deep understanding of processes and system requirements for Finance, Payroll, Labor relations, Benefit, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and more. + Perform analysis of existing business processes, technical design, identify and evaluate possible re-configuration/ solutions in response to business issues and challenges. + Research and resolve unexpected results or process flaws and deploy a timely solution. + Execute daily maintenance activities including but not limited to role assignments, security audits, organization setup, benefit setup, time off, etc. + Conducts training, including developing user procedures, guidelines, and documentation. + Trains clients on new processes/functionality. + Trains new system users. + Generates reports/queries, including writing maintaining, and supporting a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools. + Assists in the development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs. + Helps maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data. + Maintains the highest ethical personal and professional standards. + Other projects and initiatives as assigned. Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Human Resources and 4 years of related work experience OR Education/Experience Equivalent. + A PHR or PMP designation is preferred. + HR experience is highly preferred. + Ability to work with large volumes of statistical and confidential information. + Demonstrate ability to research and solve complex problems. + Must be able to interface effectively with all levels of leadership and employees. + Previous Professional HR experience in the Manufacturing or Aerospace & Defense industry is a plus. + Demonstrated history of significant customer deliverables, building rapport, and influencing decisions. + Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications and diverse experience in HR related software solutions. + Must be able to travel, work overtime and weekends as required. + Demonstrate the ability to clearly communicate both in verbal and written communication. + This position does not currently require a Security Clearance, but candidates must be able to obtain/maintain a secret clearance, which requires US Citizenship. + Must be able to pass a background investigation to obtain a public trust position (if required for the position). + The essential physical requirements of the position will be reviewed with the applicant during the interview. + Some travel will be required. Physical Requirements: Primarily office environment.

Must have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading; visual inspection involving small defects, small parts, and/or operation of machines (including inspection); using measurement devices; and/or assembly or fabrication parts at distances close to the eyes. At times, must be able to work in an aircraft hangar environment and board/exit aircraft. At times, must be able to climb, bend, kneel, crouch, balance, and stoop.

Must be able to walk particularly for long distances or move from one work site to another. Must be able to work primarily with fingers such as typing. Must be able to work at heights, subject to noise, subject to a variety of physical conditions such as proximity to moving mechanical parts, work on scaffolding, exposure to heat/cold.
