Legal Administrative Assistant
Salary: $65,000 - $75,000
Location: Onsite | Columbus, OH

Key Responsibilities for the Legal Administrative Assistant:
• Redline, edit, format, and proofread legal documents and correspondence.
• Independently prepare and e-file documents with state and federal courts.
• Provide litigation support for a team of partners and associates.
• Manage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and administrative activities.
• Maintain client files, records, and document management systems.
• Support billing, time entry, expense reporting, and other legal administrative functions.
Qualifications for the Legal Administrative Assistant:
• 3+ years of law firm experience required.
• Litigation experience required.
• Labor & Employment experience highly preferred.
• Experience with electronic court filings (e-filing).
• Strong document formatting and redlining skills
