Job Description Key Responsibilities: In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative and litigation support, including: Managing attorney calendars, dockets, and appointments Coordinating frequent and complex travel arrangements Handling electronic court filings in both state and federal jurisdictions Screening and responding to client communications Drafting and preparing emails, reports, and confidential documents Maintaining client files in NetDocs and physical formats Supporting Attorneys' billing processes Providing backup support to fellow legal assistants Performing additional duties as assigned Qualifications & Competencies: High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience Strong interpersonal and communication skills Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities Professional demeanor in all client and colleague interactions (in-person, phone, video) Proficiency in state and federal e-filing procedures and trial preparation Ability to manage high-volume workloads with accuracy Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Why Join Us.
