  • Ability to accurately document information and maintain confidentiality.

Preferred

  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, family engagement, or school office support.
  • Experience working in K–12 education or with enrollment processes.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail) and basic data entry.
