Job description

Operations Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Administrative Assistant to oversee and manage office operations at four of our locations in Columbus, Toledo, Cincinnati and Cleveland, Ohio. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations and ensuring a smooth workflow. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office functions, including facility maintenance and supply management.
  • Monitor office space utilization and coordinate layout adjustments as needed.
  • Support staff with administrative tasks, including scheduling and documentation.
  • Serve as a point of contact for facility-related inquiries and issues.
  • Maintain office safety protocols and coordinate with maintenance staff as required.
  • Prepare and maintain records for audits and compliance checks.
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in office administration or facility management.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
  • Problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
