Job description

We are seeking a passionate Program Coordinator to plan and ensure the coordination and delivery of assigned residential program(s). Considerable knowledge of residential-based programs and cognitive behavioral concepts is required. You will perform duties in accordance with the mission and goals of the agency and corresponding with agency/governing body policies, procedures, and contracts.

Employees will engage with clients on a consistent basis and utilize cognitive behavioral techniques in order to foster and promote healthy decision making and positive interpersonal skills. Employees may be required to assist with coverage duties, onboarding of staff, as well as facilitate client structured activities, as needed. May be required to work overtime, fill in for absent workers, as needed, in order to maintain mandatory staffing levels for a 24/7/365 operation.
