Plant Manager

New Life Staffing is currently on the hunt for a Plant Manager for a client we have near the Chester, PA area.
Requirements:
The incumbent will have:
- 3+ years of manufacturing management experience, including managing multiple supervisors
- a bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or other related fields AND/OR 7-10+ years of overall manufacturing experience
- strong background in metal fabrication
- proficiency in interpreting blueprints/shop drawings
- experience planning production lines
- strong personnel management and communication skills
- computer competency, specifically with the MS Office suite
Experience with Lean Six Sigma, ERP/MRP systems, and working within ISO9001 and AS9100 standards are pluses.
Mon- Thursday
Salary: $100-130K, depending on experience.
