THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • 4-year degree or 3+years of experience in a similar manufacturing leadership role
  • Strong organizational, planning, and team-building skills

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A PLANT MANAGER
This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday, with a schedule of 8 AM to 5 PM or 9 AM to 5 PM.
As our Plant Manager, you'll begin each day focused on ensuring safe, efficient operations while guiding production, shipping, maintenance, and inventory activities toward success. You'll coach and develop employees, oversee hiring and onboarding efforts, manage attendance and payroll approvals, and serve as the vital connection between plant employees and corporate leadership. Throughout the day, you'll analyze operational data, identify opportunities to reduce waste and improve productivity, coordinate facility and equipment upkeep, and lead continuous improvement initiatives that help exceed customer expectations.
