Job Description Plant Manager Setting/Hours: On-Site | Full-Time Join trak group in partnering with a well-established, family-owned manufacturer in Florence, KY seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead operations and drive results. Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Plant Manager to oversee end-to-end plant operations across blending and packaging functions. The ideal candidate is a strong, hands-on leader with experience managing large, diverse teams-including bilingual workforces -and a track record of operational excellence in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee all day-to-day plant operations including blending and packaging functions. Lead, develop, and manage a team of 100+ direct and indirect employees. Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement across the facility.

Drive operational efficiency and ensure production goals and quality standards are consistently met. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, supply chain, and senior leadership. Maintain compliance with all regulatory, safety, and company standards.

Communicate effectively with a diverse, multilingual workforce to ensure alignment and engagement. Required Skills and Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in a Plant Manager role. Proven experience managing 100+ direct and indirect employees.

Experience leading teams that include Spanish-speaking employees. Background in both blending and packaging operations. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment. Preferred Qualifications: Bilingual in English and Spanish (candidates with Spanish fluency will be given strong preference and compensated at a premium). Experience in a family-owned or entrepreneurial business environment.
