Salary Range: $110,000 to $125,000 (DOE)
Job Title: Automotive Plant Manager
Industry: Automotive Manufacturing
Bonus: 10%
Location: Winona, MN
Job Description & Duties:
The Automotive Plant Manager is responsible for the overall leadership of employees, maintenance and operation of equipment and facilities while promoting and maintaining the output of quality products and the smooth operation of administrative and production activities. Have key interaction with customers, suppliers, Union elected officials. The responsibility of the overall operation of the facility, including but not limited to: financial issues, Quality Systems, HS&E Systems, Six Sigma programs, Operations Launch activities, Continuous improvement activities, Union contract administration, and security of assets, builds and grounds.


Qualifications
Job Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree
7 + years experience of automotive manufacturing
3+ years of administrative and supervisory experience
Lean Manufacturing
Labor relations with Union representatives is a plus.
U.S. Citizens / Green Card Holder
