Duties consist of but not limited to: greeting patients, answering phones, checking in and out of patients on Kiosk, Filing, scanning documents, and explanation of therapy, exercises and application of therapies.
Summary of essential job functions:* prep patient therapy area, pull travel cards, prep patient for therapy and make sure to always ask if there has been any change since last visit so you can report to the doctor prior to treatment.
- Make sure hydrocollators are working and filled with water at the end of every day. Refill with water as needed.
- In charge of inventory of supplies such as BioFreeze, Adhesive electrodes etc. Make list of things needed and give to site supervisor to order.
- Filing all travel cards and self adhesive electrodes under each individual patient.
*Responsible for replacing electrodes per patient when needed and relabeling the pack
*Responsible for calling patients when missed appointment document list and each attempt. If the patient misses twice with no return communication and there is a case please also notify patients representing attorney and make note in patients account for billing.
*Assist with uploading documents to patient accounts such as MMI’s etc., Also help maintain the flow of patients on the floor and assisting front desk and X-ray tech when needed.
- Must have positive energy with patients and staff, HELP with, Greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling or rescheduling patients.
