$40-$50/hour, paid benefits, PTO/holidays

As RN/LVN at Lincoln Glen Manor (https://lgmanor.org/) an inviting, senior community offering 4 levels of care & extensive amenities across a 6-acre campus- you will approach personal care to our residents with empathy/understanding of physical, emotional, & spiritual needs of the elderly.

HIGHLIGHTS

• Supervise CNAs/determine work procedures; prepare schedules, evaluate/counsel/discipline ensuring all supervised personnel adhere to job requirements
  

• Provide quality nursing care to residents:
  

• Assess/analyze information to develop interventions/prevent decline
  

• Admission assessments/develop interim care plans
  

• Maintain clinical files, administer medication/treatment; respond to emergencies
  

• Confer with residents & families
  

• Complete employee/resident incident reports
  

• Make rounds to each resident daily as needed
  

• Ensure residents are aware of services available to them
  

• Accountable for controlled substances
  

• Support facility medical supply system
  

Accredited school of nursing graduate plus:

• State licensure
  

• IV certification; CPR card
  

• Knowledge of drug interactions, side effects, incompatibilities
  

• Ability to sit, stand, lift, bend, reach, push, pull items weighing 50 pounds or less
  

• Proof of permission to work in the US
