Digital Advertising Sales Team Manager & Business Development

Exciting opportunity to join a leading website in the family activities and travel niche and help grow our multichannel digital advertising sales to the next level. You will enjoy the ability to work independently from your home, while keeping in frequent communications with a driven and collaborative team.

We are looking for a strong strategic manager who knows the ins and outs of the latest monetization channels for online publishing today and how to develop an effective sales program to optimize revenue and performance for our clients. We’re looking for a thinker and a doer who can implement our strategy and drive our small team to

• Analyze sales data to determine strengths and opportunities.

• Strategically optimize current sales program including pricing, products and packages to increase sales per client, as well as overall revenue.

• Develop and implement strategies for new business opportunities.

• Manage small sales and operations team.

• Help team to optimize sales and operations.

Must have at least five years experience in digital ad sales, operations and management with a proven track record of growing sales.

Should be familiar with multichannel digital platforms, including online and mobile display advertising, programmatic, video, social media marketing, email and native content marketing, and SaaS. Knowledge of affiliate marketing a plus.

Operational Requirements:

• Work remotely 30 hours per week (flexible, full time role is possible for the right candidate)

• Home office with computer, phone and high speed internet access
