Your Qualities and Qualifications:

• Reliable and helpful to a fault
• Success-driven with a strong work ethic
• Be a student of the sales craft

Your Experience:

• 6+ months in the automotive sales industry
• OR
• 3+ consecutive years in a retail sales position

Your Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Excellent language skills
• Must be old enough to vote

Your Responsibilities:

- Success

- Collaborate with the finance team to secure financing and process credit applications successfully

- Follow up with customers before, during and after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction and generate referrals for future success
- Have knowledge of all dealership products, services, and promotions
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay current on automotive industry trends and best practices for Success

Our Compensation & Benefits:

With hard work and work well done, we offer, not just a competitive base draw plus commission, we offer potential earnings ranging from $60,000 to $80,000 your first year and if you continue to learn and hone your skills, the earning potential is LIMITLESS!
