Duration:- 13 Weeks

Shift:- Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30)

Pay rate:- $27- $32/hr W2.

Responsibilities of CNA / Nurse Assistant

Patient Care:

• Assist pediatric patients with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, feeding, and mobility.
• Monitor and record vital signs, intake and output, and any changes in the patient's condition.
• Provide emotional support and ensure a comforting environment for young patients and their families.
• Help in the implementation of treatment plans as directed by the healthcare team.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with the nursing and medical team to ensure coordinated and effective care.
• Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and caregivers regarding the care plan and patient progress.
• Report any concerns or changes in a patient's condition to the nursing staff promptly.

Maintaining a Clean and Safe Environment:

• Ensure the paediatric ward is clean, organized, and safe for patients.
• Follow infection control protocols and maintain a hygienic environment.

Support Administrative Tasks:

• Document patient information and care provided accurately and timely.
• Assist in ordering and restocking supplies as necessary.

Requirements for CNA / Nurse Assistant

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Basic life support (BLS) certification may be required.
