Monthly Net Sales:

$100,000- $124,999 - Bonus - $1,000

$125,000-$149,999 - Bonus - $2,000

$150,000-$199,999 - Bonus - $3,000

$200,000-$249,999 - Bonus - $5,000

$250,000-$299,999 - Bonus - $6,000

$300,000-$350,000 - Bonus - $7,000

What you’ll do:

Perform in-home inspections and diagnose basement waterproofing, foundation repair, and/or crawlspace issues
Create, present, and explain solutions to customer
Secure agreement while in customer’s home
Partner with Production and Field Ops teams to help drive projects to completion
Focus on providing Five-Star customer service experience throughout all client interactions

Successful candidates will have:

Sales experience in construction, home improvement, or home services
Strong in-home sales experience
Excellent customer service skills
Positive and outgoing attitude
Able to establish and maintain customer relationships
Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit who can multi-task in a fast-paced environment
