Location: Oklahoma City, OK

Pay: Competitive pay based on education and/or experience and $500 bonus after 6 months and $1,000 bonus after 1 year!

Days: Monday through Friday

Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Position:

As the Promotions and Operations Manager, you will assume a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of administrative and operational staff, ensuring streamlined workflows and seamless communication within the organization. Your responsibilities will extend to collaborating closely with the VP of Marketing and Communications, providing executive summaries, and offering comprehensive support as required. Your expertise in financial management will be essential as you manage donor specialty items, coordinate communications pertaining to promotional material requirements, and lead teams crucial to the efficient functioning of our life-saving business. Additionally, you will be tasked with administering financial aspects, optimizing resource allocation, and implementing cost-effective strategies to drive operational excellence and sustainable growth. Your commitment extends to actively engaging with teams, willing to immerse yourself in tasks as necessary to meet deadlines and ensure project success.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business related field , or 5-10 years equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in operations management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization. Ability to manage spreadsheets. Proficient in mathematical concepts and calculations
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Primary Responsibilities:

Team Management:

  • Provide leadership, direction, and support to the donor engagement product coordinator, administrative, promotional inventory assistant and publicity development team.
  • Set clear goals and objectives for the team, monitor performance, and provide feedback and coaching as needed.
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, encouraging open communication and teamwork.

Operations Oversight:

  • Oversee the planning and execution of operational activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and communication coordination.
  • Ensure efficient workflow and resource utilization to meet organizational goals and objectives.
  • Address any issues or bottlenecks in the operational process and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Communication Coordination:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for communication regarding upcoming promotional materials needs and supply chain communication across multi-state operations.
  • Coordinate with relevant teams and departments to ensure effective communication and alignment of promotional material needs with operational requirements.
  • Facilitate regular meetings and updates to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged in operational and promotional activities.

Donor Specialty Item Management:

  • Oversee the management of donor specialty items, including T-shirts, movie tickets, etc., ensuring availability and appropriate distribution to donors.
  • Coordinate procurement, inventory management, and distribution of donor specialty items in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Experience with Merchandise ordering and product management

Strategic Planning and Process Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency enhancements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to streamline operational processes and improve overall effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives to support organizational goals and objectives.
