Job Description

We are currently recruiting experienced pharmacist to place in outpatient pharmacy settings in Northern Arizona. These current opportunities are in Indian Health facilities. Schedules will be working 4, 10 hour shifts/ week- 40 hours/ week.

Job Duties:
Fill, verify refill and new prescription orders
Counsel patients
Collaborate with physicians and other medical team members
Fill in as needed in inpatient pharmacy
Data entry

Qualified candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in the last 18 months, must have Arizona RPh license, Immunization Certificate, Current CPR and provide evidence of TB screening, TDAP, MMR & Varicella vaccination or titer before starting assignment.
