Job Description

Daily Responsibilities:ย 

  • Pharmacists will monitor, manage, and adjust drug therapy in Hospital setting
  • Check products and verify orders from providers
  • Clinical responsibilities include Pharmacokinetics, and code response
  • Pharmacists will utilize Epic EMR documentation
Qualifications

Requirements

  • ย Pharmacist license in WI.
  • 4+ years pharmacist experience
  • 2 professional references

Hours for this Position:ย 

Monday-Friday 1pm -9:30pm

one weekend per month

Pay Range: ย $52.00- 58.00
