Financial Assistant

We invite you to join our team as a Financial Assistant at Creative Capital Wealth Management Group. In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide internal sales support, engage directly with clients, and grow into a full-fledged Wealth Strategist within a year or two.

Compensation:

• Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000 (based on experience)

• Collaborate with the Senior Wealth Strategist to craft and implement personalized financial plans for clients, taking into account their objectives, risk tolerance, and financial circumstances.
• Perform in-depth financial analyses, encompassing cash flow projections, retirement planning, and strategies for optimizing tax efficiency.
• Offer internal sales assistance to fellow advisors within the firm, aiding in client presentations, assembling proposals, and conducting investment research.
• Serve as a primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries, furnishing updates on financial plans and investments, and delivering exceptional service experiences.
• Conduct routine reviews of portfolios and recommend modifications based on evolving market conditions and client goals.
• Utilize data analysis to identify opportunities for enhancing client service and contributing to business growth.
• Support the planning and delivery of client education seminars and workshops covering various financial subjects.
• Stay current with industry trends, regulatory shifts, and best practices in wealth management to ensure the provision of top-tier service to clients.

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Possess 1-2 years of experience in financial services.
• Must have a Series 7 license.
• Series 65, 66, 6 insurance license preferred.
• Demonstrate strong analytical capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
• Genuine passion for delivering exceptional client service.
