  • Provide strategic and execution-focused financial leadership for the Kalrez business
  • Partner with the Vice President and General Manager, Kalrez
  • Serve as an integral member of the Kalrez global leadership team
  • Provide timely, accurate, and insightful analysis of business performance and forecasts
  • Manage the annual Strategy Review and Execution Review (annual budget) preparation process
  • Manage financial forecasting and reporting processes and recommend changes
  • Provide financial support for complex business decisions in a high-growth, dynamic industry
  • Coordinate cross-business financial initiatives and forecasting
  • Ensure integrity of financial results
  • Ensure adherence to financial policies, corporate guidelines, business strategies, and SOX compliance
  • Lead the organization toward long-term profitability and success
  • Share responsibility for data quality, functional costs, financial systems, work processes, and corporate financial policies
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
  • MBA strongly preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years relevant experience in business finance, accounting and costing
