About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Manager with 24 years of experience to support and help manage the companys day-to-day financial operations.


This role works closely with executive leadership and will play an important part in helping the company scale operationally and financially during our next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Operations

  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
  • Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks
  • Assist with month-end close processes alongside external CPA support
  • Help maintain organization and accuracy across financial systems

Cash Flow & Reporting

  • Track daily cash activity
  • Maintain financial reports and spreadsheets
  • Assist leadership with operational reporting and financial visibility
  • Support weekly cash flow tracking and forecasting efforts
  • Help identify reporting gaps and process improvement opportunities

Payroll & Compensation Support

  • Coordinate payroll processing with payroll provider
  • Calculate commissions and bonus tracking
  • Maintain compensation-related reporting and spreadsheets
  • Assist in validating payroll accuracy and reporting alignment

Budgeting & Forecasting

  • Assist with department budgeting
  • Support annual budgeting processes
  • Help maintain updated forecasts as the company grows
  • Assist with variance tracking and financial analysis

Process Improvement & Operational Support

  • Improve financial workflows and organization
  • Assist in developing SOPs and scalable finance processes
  • Support operational and financial infrastructure improvements
  • Help strengthen reporting consistency and process accountability


Qualifications

Required

  • 24 years of professional accounting or finance experience
  • Strong understanding of AP/AR processes
  • Experience using QuickBooks
  • Strong Excel and spreadsheet skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred (Not Required)

  • Experience supporting finance leadership or external CPA partners
  • Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, or KPI reporting
  • Familiarity with payroll systems
