NOW HIRING — RV FINANCE MANAGER
HIGH-LEVEL SALES | LENDING | CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

Maxie Price RV is seeking a highly motivated, professional, and results-driven Finance Manager to join our growing dealership team.

This is a leadership-level position responsible for structuring deals, securing lender approvals, presenting finance and protection products, and helping customers complete the purchase process smoothly and professionally.

The ideal candidate is confident, highly organized, detail-oriented, and excellent at building trust with customers from all backgrounds.

RV, automotive, powersports, marine, or dealership finance experience is strongly preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Securing lender approvals and structuring finance deals
• Working directly with banks and finance companies
• Presenting extended service contracts, GAP, and protection products
• Preparing and reviewing finance paperwork accurately
• Ensuring compliance with dealership and lender requirements
• Assisting customers through the delivery and funding process
• Managing deal flow and contract processing efficiently
• Following up on funding, stipulations, and lender requirements
• Maintaining strong lender relationships
• Helping maximize dealership profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction
