HIGH-LEVEL SALES | LENDING | CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
Maxie Price RV is seeking a highly motivated, professional, and results-driven Finance Manager to join our growing dealership team.
This is a leadership-level position responsible for structuring deals, securing lender approvals, presenting finance and protection products, and helping customers complete the purchase process smoothly and professionally.
The ideal candidate is confident, highly organized, detail-oriented, and excellent at building trust with customers from all backgrounds.
RV, automotive, powersports, marine, or dealership finance experience is strongly preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
โข Securing lender approvals and structuring finance deals
โข Working directly with banks and finance companies
โข Presenting extended service contracts, GAP, and protection products
โข Preparing and reviewing finance paperwork accurately
โข Ensuring compliance with dealership and lender requirements
โข Assisting customers through the delivery and funding process
โข Managing deal flow and contract processing efficiently
โข Following up on funding, stipulations, and lender requirements
โข Maintaining strong lender relationships
โข Helping maximize dealership profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction

โข Understanding of compliance and dealership paperwork
โข Experience structuring subprime and prime deals is a plus
