Are you a motivated leader with a passion for sales, customer service, and the RV lifestyle? We're looking for an energetic and organized Assistant Sales Manager to help lead our sales team and deliver an exceptional customer experience from the first visit to long after the sale.


In this role, you'll work closely with the Sales Manager to support daily dealership operations, coach and develop staff, maintain strong customer relationships, and help drive sales success. What You'll Do

As our Assistant Sales Manager, you will:

  • Support and reinforce the dealership sales process to ensure a top-tier customer experienceย 
  • Coach and motivate the sales team on customer follow-up, CRM usage, and sales performanceย 
  • Assist with training, onboarding, scheduling, and timecard approvals for sales staffย 
  • Help coordinate commission and incentive reporting for payrollย 
  • Support post-sale customer care and help resolve customer concerns professionallyย 
  • Step in for the Sales Manager or Business Manager when neededย 
  • Assist with overflow finance customers and communication supportย 
  • Lead and participate in daily sales meetings focused on inventory, training, promotions, and customer satisfactionย 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturer partnersย 
  • Maintain knowledge of pre-owned RV market values and inventory trendsย 
  • Help organize inventory displays, lot setup, and dealership presentation standardsย 
  • Assist with recruiting and developing new sales and administrative team membersย 
  • Support inventory forecasting and dealership operational planningย 
  • Ensure the showroom, sales floor, and lot remain clean, organized, and customer-readyย
