JEFF WYLER FLORENCE BUICK GMC is seeking a Finance Manager, F&I Manager, for immediate hire!
As the Finance & Insurance Manager you will sell new and used car buyers' financing, insurance, and other automotive finance programs. Finance Managers also work with financial lenders to give fair interest rates to buyers and in accordance with the Automotive Finance Program Guides. As with all positions within our dealerships, the Finance Manager is expected to uphold the highest ethical standards.
We are conveniently located right off 75 south, on Burlington Pike. Florence Buick GMC is a fast-paced, TEAM environment comprised of team members that pride themselves in their work ethic, support one another, and provide excellent customer service in automotive sales, service, and financial services.

Finance Manager Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee the financial aspects of the dealership's sales process
  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the finance department
  • Develop and maintain relationships with lenders and financial institutions
  • Assist customers with financing and leasing options
  • Provide outstanding customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction levels
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to automotive financing

  • 2-5 years proven success in a prior finance role
  • Automotive sales background a plus
