Harnish Insurance Group, Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Insurance Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. Insurance Customer Service Representatives new to the insurance industry may make up to $45,000 per year.
Experienced Insurance Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative may make up to $65,000 per year.

Responsibilities
- Nurture strong customer relationships and aim to increase client retention and product loyalty.
- In everyday operations, use computer systems to process premium payments, review and update policies, handle claims, and make endorsements.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and transactions.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding policy questions, changes, and updates. Issue Insurance Documentation (COI, ID cards, etc.)
- Ensure consistent and prompt communication with clients to address their needs and concerns.
- Address the clients concerns carefully, clearly, and professionally.
Requirements
- A Property and Casualty License is Required.
- Previous Insurance Experience Preferred.
- Pay meticulous attention to detail when reviewing policies, contracts, and client data to minimize errors and ensure the highest level of accuracy.
- Efficiently manage multiple client inquiries, tasks, and administrative responsibilities simultaneously, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail. Must have basic computer skills.
- Collaborate with team members through concise and professional written and verbal communication, promoting effective teamwork and client service excellence.
- Demonstrate strong typing skills, efficiently entering and processing data to meet deadlines and client needs.
- Exemplify professionalism over the phone, in writing, and in the office to create a positive work environment and ensure effective communication.
