We are seeking a Drywall Project Manager who will be responsible for managing the construction project safety, quality, schedule, cost control, contracts, subcontractors, suppliers, proposals, estimates, documentation turnover, client relations/management, field staff, and other duties. Preferably with commercial drywall experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Review contracts, create new files using our construction software, monitor all stages of the jobs, and update files.
Adhere to the companys safety programs, training, and policies, as well as promote and manage the Safety & Health performance of project team members and subcontractors.
Responsible for the oversight of day-to-day construction activities and the successful execution of single or multiple projects simultaneously.
Develop new and manage existing client relationships while interfacing with the client for proposal and project-related items.
Maintains compliance with the contract terms for quality, schedule, estimating, and profitability.
Manage multiple projects and work crews on various worksites and their weekly routine
Inspect work in progress to ensure that workmanship conforms to specifications and adherence to construction schedules.
Thorough knowledge of contract documents required to properly plan construction sequencing, staffing, and subcontractor coordination.
As needed, coordinates with associated trades for efficient workflow
Equipment coordination
Provide training to construction coordinators, craft supervisors, and assistant construction project managers if needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in construction management, or a related field preferred
Experience with Commercial Drywall projects
Must be computer literate in Microsoft, Scheduling, email, etc.
Excellent communication abilities, including writing, speaking, and active listening
Knowledge of job site safety requirements and understanding of construction equipment, including safe operating practices and signs of maintenance issues
Organizational skills, including time management, delegation, prioritization, and multitasking
A good work ethic and strict adherence to safe work practices
Valid drivers license.
Clean driving record.
