Job Description
Elderly and Disabled Services is looking for a Residential Therapist/QMHP that will function as an important treatment team member at our Secure Residential Treatment Facility. The QMHP will work alongside the program Administrators, QMHAs, and Direct Care Staff to support residents in their mental health treatment and recovery. Under the direction and supervision of the Clinical Director, the QMHP will provide evidenced based, person-centered mental health services for clients experiencing severe persistent mental illness (SPMI), have co-occurring disorders, and who reside in our SRTF.

Our Programs
Elderly and Disabled Services (EDS) operates in Jackson and Washington Counties in Oregon. Currently, EDS offers three levels of care: Adult Foster Homes (AFH), Residential Treatment Homes (RTH), and a Secure Residential Treatment Facility (SRTF). Our programs offer a wide variety of therapeutic treatment administered by a highly trained and compassionate team.

Required Credentials and Skills:
- Masters Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Nursing, or related field.
- Current QMHP registration with the Mental Health and Addictions Certification Board of Oregon (MHACBO) or licensure as an LCSW, LPC, etc.
- Two (2) years post-graduate experience in the mental health field.
- Performing Mental Health Assessments and diagnosing using DSM-5-TR.
- Writing Treatment Plans.
- Providing clinical supervision to QMHAs.
- Facilitating referrals to community partners and service providers as needed.
- Clinical documentation that meets Oregon and Federal requirements and meets OHA/Medicaid standards.
- Salary $70,000 to $85,000 annually, depending on credentials, skills and experience.
- $3000 signing bonus after successful completion of 90-day introductory period.
