Job Description
Join our team of motivated and high-performing real estate/ construction professionals!
We fix and flip between 50 and 75 homes per year- you will be the person overseeing and scheduling crews, subcontractors, and priorities.
Compensation:$60,000 - $80,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Prioritize tasks, projects, and time to ensure smooth flow of construction operations
- Visit projects to ensure operations are orderly and on schedule
- Cultivate relationships with our in-house construction team and subcontractors
- Hire new construction crew members
- Determine the scope of work for new projects and hold the team accountable to execute in a timely manner
- Construction Management required
- Excellent communication skills
- Organizational skills and process minded
