Production Supervisor

Our client near Dripping Springs is a fast-growing manufacturer of precision electronic equipment for commercial and government applications and they are looking to add a Production Supervisor to their team. The ideal candidate will be able to motivate employees, hold employees accountable, be likeable but stern, and must be comfortable working Friday-Monday, 10-hour shifts.

Pay: $65K-$75K

Shift: Friday- Monday 10 hours/day

Job Type: Direct hire with benefits

Responsibilities:

• Manage weekend shifts and assembly technicians.
• Monitor production progress against schedules and resolve any issues to meet timelines.
• Oversee production operations and ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality procedures.
• Supervise assembly technicians and maintain a professional work environment.
• Review project schedules and maintain knowledge of company processes.
• Communicate issues to operations manager and perform other assigned duties.

Requirements:

• Must work Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday shifts.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, problem-solve, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• IPC J-STD-001, WHMA-A-620, and/or 610 CIS or CIT certification.
• US citizenship or legal permanent residency (due to ITAR requirements).

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of computer work.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Mobility to traverse the production facility.
