Specifically, our Las Vegas office is looking to add to their finance division. The ideal candidate has experience recruiting for accounting and finance positions at a staffing agency.
You will be accountable for personal production goals. These activities include recruiting, interviewing, matching, coordinating send-outs, and closing placements. The ideal candidate has an entrepreneurial spirit, a passion for sales, a proven track record of success, and takes a hands-on approach to building business opportunities. Responsibilities
Interact with potential candidates on professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, Indeed, Monster)
Craft and send recruiting emails
Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search)
Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
Ask for referrals from current employees and external networks
Promote our employer brand online and offline
Maintain candidate databases (e.g. via our Applicant Tracking System)
Communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or some college
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Hard-working and eager to contribute to individual and team success
Proactive, self-starter, ability to take direction
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates
Effective time-management abilities
