• Experience in regulated B2B software is desirable.

  • Prior direct involvement in the sale of a private company is highly advantageous

  • A background in investment banking, transaction advisory, or private equity operations earlier in the career is a plus.

    • The ability to build a finance organisation from the ground up, including designing and hiring an FP&A capability to underpin significant growth.

    • Command of the SaaS metrics that drive business performance

    • Confident in commercial finance, including pricing strategy, deal desk support and customer\-level profitability analysis.

    • Experienced in capital strategy, including managing banking relationships, treasury operations, and equity financing.

    • Capable of owning and integrating financial systems, with the discipline to drive a consistently efficient close cycle.

    • An individual who is aiming to progress to a CFO role in the near future
