  • Location: Larimer County, CO
  • Status: Full-time, 40/hrs. week

What You’ll Do:

 

The Clinical Supervisor will work with a diverse team of clinicians, case managers, peer specialists, family support providers and medical providers to serve youth and adults and their families who are dealing with high behavioral health needs. We provide some of these services at one of our office locations; however, most of our services are provided in a client’s home or out in the community. 


  • Our team uses evidenced based models such as Trauma Systems Therapy, Contingency Management, Motivational Interviewing, and Dialectic Behavioral Therapy, for which we provide training and support.

  • The Supervisor will administratively and clinically supervise team members. They will work with the Manager to plan and implement needed services. They will provide services to youth and their families in group, individual or crisis. 

Required:

  • Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work or related field from accredited behavioral health college or university; LAC and/or Mental Health licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) in good standing in Colorado; Experience in crisis intervention; Experience in a supervisor/leadership role; Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and ability to follow through; Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners such as Department of Human Services and other mental health, medical, and social service community agencies; Ability to pass both SummitStone background checks; 1-3 years of relevant experience in the SUD field; 1-3 years of supervisory experience in the SUD field; Valid driver's license with driving record that is acceptable for Summitstone vehicle insurance; Knowledge of diversity and inclusion with the relevant ability to engage, communicate, interact, and work effectively and cooperatively with people of different backgrounds, identities, and culturally diverse communities. 

 Preferred:


  • Bilingual/bi-cultural preferred 

Some positions include driving a company vehicle and require a valid Colorado driver’s license.

Our Behavioral Health Therapists have access to exceptional training opportunities in evidence-based practices and support in gaining and keeping licensure and addictions certification: 

  • Can earn between $2,000 and $23,400 in addition to base wage by participating in the SummitReach Program
  • Receive supervision toward clinical licensure (i.e. LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LAC) and/or certification (i.e. CAS) at no cost to the employee.
  • Receive reimbursement for obtaining clinical licensure (i.e. LCSW, LPC, LMFT) and/or certification (i.e. CAS) in addition to base pay increase.
  • Have the opportunity to participate in specialized clinical certifications (i.e. EMDR, etc.)


Total Rewards 


The typical hiring range for this position is $76,565 - $91,874/year, based on relevant years of experience.
