We are actively seeking a dynamic Intermediate Architectural Designer with excellent leadership skills and a collaborative approach to work. As an Intermediate Designer, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of a variety of project types with a particular focus on hospitality, multi-family, and self-storage. You will work closely with senior designers, architects, and project managers to deliver exceptional design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project teams to develop design concepts for hospitality and multifamily projects.
• Produce detailed design drawings, renderings, and presentations using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Assist in the development of design documentation including site plans, floor plans, elevations, sections, and specifications.
• Conduct research on materials, products, and design trends to inform design decisions and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors to integrate their input into the design process and ensure the successful execution of projects.
• Stay up to date of emerging technologies, tools, and methodologies in architecture and design, and actively seek opportunities for learning and skill development.
• Uphold the firm's commitment to excellence, creativity, and client satisfaction in all aspects of your work.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, or related field.
• 5 years of professional experience in architectural design, preferably with a focus on hospitality and multifamily projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design software.
• Strong design sensibility and ability to translate concepts into compelling visual presentations.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards related to hospitality and multifamily projects.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment.
