Senior Architectural Designer:
Architectural Designer - Multifamily Residential
We are seeking an experienced and talented Architectural Designer with a strong background in multifamily residential projects. This role offers the opportunity to be involved in projects from initial concept through construction while collaborating closely with internal development, construction, and design teams.
Senior Architectural Designer Responsibilities:
  • Prepare detailed architectural drawings and construction documents using Revit
  • Contribute to all phases of design, including schematic design, design development, and construction documentation
  • Lead coordination efforts with consultants, including structural, MEP, and civil engineers
  • Assist with zoning analysis, code research, and permitting documentation
  • Review drawings for accuracy, constructability, and compliance with local building codes
  • Support project managers in maintaining schedules, milestones, and deliverables
  • Attend project meetings and coordinate with internal development and construction teams
  • Conduct site visits and assist with construction administration tasks such as RFIs and submittals

Senior Architectural Designer Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
  • 3-7+ years of professional experience in architecture or design
  • Experience with multifamily homes is highly desired
  • Strong experience with multifamily residential projects required
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit required
