Senior Architectural Designer  
The Senior Architectural Designer is responsible for developing exterior-focused architectural concepts and visualizations of commercial projects across ADM Group’s core markets. This role requires strong conceptual design skills, technical awareness, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

·       Work closely with the project manager and/or director to understand project objectives.

·       Produce feasibility studies, site plan design concept sketches, 2D/3D exterior design concept sketches.

·       Develop detailed site design and exterior building elevations.

·       Coordinate with team members to ensure the design is followed through to the completion of the project.

Qualifications
We are looking for an individual that has experience with commercial markets including but not limited to Education, Commercial Office, and Aviation. Our clients mandate very short timeframes for production, therefore candidates must be able to succeed in a fast-paced office environment and manage details for multiple projects simultaneously.
 

·       10 years+ experience in the architecture field.

·       Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion 3D, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.

·       Advanced knowledge of building codes, standards and structures.

·       Degree in Architecture preferred.

·       Professional Architectural License preferred but not required.

·       Demonstrated leadership with project teams, including training other employees.

·       Strong attention to detail and good communication and management skills
