CPH has an opening in our Tampa, Florida office location for the following position:
Architectural Designer

Hiring Bonus of $1,000 for selected candidate!

CPH is seeking a full-time Architectural Designer. This person would participate in all facets of the design process, including preparation of presentations, schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration.

Duties Include
  • Preparation of accurate architectural presentation, design and construction documents in REVIT.
  • Collaboration and coordination of design with project team including architects, designers, consultants and clients.
  • Research and interpretation of relevant codes and client requirements.
  • Implementation & utilization of established REVIT standards, families and templates.
  • Preparation of specifications and review of shop drawings
  • Periodic travel to perform building investigations, measurements, and construction observation. Duty includes preparation of subsequent reports and exhibits.
  • Assistance with compiling construction plans from all disciplines and submittal to agencies having jurisdiction.


Requirements
  • Proficiency in REVIT is required. AutoCAD, Sketchup and Adobe Suite experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Experience in Industrial, Institutional, Commercial, Retail, Restaurants, Grocery Stores, and Office projects is a plus.
  • Adaptable and receptive to instruction from others.
  • Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively with a team
  • Excellent oral, written and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility in work schedule to accommodate project deadlines.
  • Detail oriented, quality conscious, reliable and self-motivated.
