What You’ll Do


As an Onboarding Analyst at Bellwether, you'll play a crucial role in integrating new clients into our IT support framework. Your primary mission involves documenting new clients' IT systems and networks in detail, making it straightforward for our support teams to understand and efficiently manage their environments from day one. Through this process, you'll also be instrumental in building the foundation for lasting client relationships, emphasizing our commitment to understanding and meeting their unique IT needs.


What a Typical Day Looks Like


Your organization and communication skills will shine each day, as you work to translate complex IT environments into detailed documentation. Sometimes you’ll travel to client sites not only to understand their systems firsthand but become acquainted with key personnel and learn about their business. Balancing time between the office, client locations, and virtual meetings, you'll ensure every detail is captured and clearly communicated to both our technical team and new clients, fostering a collaborative and efficient onboarding process.


In addition to your documentation work, you'll play a key role in smoothly transitioning new clients to their dedicated Bellwether vCIO and Account Executive. This ensures that the foundation you've built during the onboarding phase supports a strong, lasting partnership. Your efforts in making these introductions and providing detailed briefings will be critical to integrating clients into the Bellwether support ecosystem, setting them up for ongoing success.


What Ramp Up Looks Like


Your first few weeks will be an immersive crash course in all things Bellwether. You'll shadow our current onboarding project manager to get up to speed with our documentation processes, tech stack, and client communication protocols. As you grow more comfortable, you'll take the lead on projects, with a support network of mentors and peers just a Teams message away.

Success is that moment when you look back at your checklist at the end of a sprint and see every item ticked off. It's the satisfaction of facilitating a smooth onboarding that culminates in a client fully prepared for our support services. Receiving appreciative feedback from both your team and the client will be a clear indicator you've nailed it, but often, the true sound of success is silence—everything running smoothly because of your meticulous work.

Requirements We’re Looking For:

  • Technical Understanding
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft operating systems (Windows 10, Sever 2016, 2019, 2022) and VMware.
    • Basic understanding of networking technologies, including firewalls, routers, switches, VPN, and interconnecting LAN/WAN communication protocols.
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and 365.
    • A+, Network+, Security+ certifications are preferred but not necessary.
