Life Insurance Sales Agent

Our rapidly-expanding insurance agency in Colleyville, TX is looking for a full-time life insurance agent to join our team! You’ll grow a list of prospective clients, market our insurance products, showcase our offerings to new and existing customers, and help policyholders navigate the claims process.

$65,000 - $100,000 yearly

• Identify new client insurance needs, insurance risk, goals, current coverage, and financial situation by scheduling meetings for new customers, ensuring a personalized experience
• Expand our prospective customer base and market our insurance products via including networking, referrals, cold calling, and various marketing strategies to bring in new business

• Market life insurance to existing Agency customers and contacts
• Cross-sell current Business Insurance customers
• Perform needs analysis with potential Life Insurance customers
• Present policies in a clear and concise manner and close the sale
• Follow up with customers periodically to re-evaluate their policy needs

• Skilled with Microsoft Office
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Previous customer service or experience as a sales representative preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required

• Active Life, Health, Accident and HMO license is required or will be acquired in thirty days
• License study course will be provided at no cost
