Job Description

One of the fastest-growing roofing companies in the greater Casper, WY area is looking for a new Production Manager to manage our commercial and residential roofing/gutter department. We have a fantastic team of hard-working people who are driven, goal-oriented, and get the job done. So we are looking for the same caliber person to join our team.

Position Overview:

Swift Services is interviewing on behalf of Pete’s Builders. The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire production department and ensuring the quality and timely builds of each project, all while providing exceptional customer service. The production manager is also responsible for calculating job costs and profitability for each project, managing and hiring new trade subcontractors, developing and ensuring vendor compliance, and monitoring quality control of each project.

Essential Duties:

- Vetting and Hiring New Roofing and Gutter Crews when needed.

- Calculating Job Costs Prior to building projects to ensure margins and profitability are met.

- Pull Necessary Job Permits and Ensure All Code Requirements are met and city inspections are performed and passed.

- Order materials and review purchase orders for completeness and correctness of materials and pricing based on the job.

- Pick up, deliver, and return materials when necessary.

- Schedule Crews for Installation and Verify Quality Control and Completeness of work.

- Review Purchase and Labor Orders for Accuracy

- Maintain City and County Licenses and Ensure all Permits are processed/closed.

- Communicate with Sales Reps and Billing Department

- Train and Educate Sales Reps and Production Assistants
