Job Description

About the Position: RCAI is seeking a talented and driven Creative Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling promotional materials and marketing content for both B2B and B2C audiences. The ideal candidate possesses the technical prowess to perform the day-to-day tasks, but also has the creative skillset to craft the brand’s narrative and scale the company for future success.

Responsibilities:

· Design engaging website banners, social media posts, and other marketing materials for both B2B and B2C audiences.

· Coordinate and collaborate with third-party vendors to produce digital assets for Amazon Listings and Product Optimizations.

· Assist eCommerce Manager with Photo Retouching, Branded Content, Digital/Print Production, Product Packaging, Product Composition, and Digital Asset Creation.

· Collaborate with cross-department teams to create digital assets such as infographics, promotional flyers, and video assets.

· Maintain brand consistency and uphold company’s guideline across all channels.

Skills and Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in creative arts, Creative Technology, Digital Marketing, Marketing, or a related field.

· Exceptional creativity and a strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in graphic design utilizing Adobe Creative Cloud such as Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.

· Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize assignments, manage time, and meet deadlines.

· Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Other Office Products.

· Proficiency in Photography, Videography.

· Proficiency in social media is a plus.
