Job Description:

We are currently looking for a compassionate, attentive, and responsible babysitter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for children, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to create a safe and nurturing environment for the children under their care.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and care for children in the employer's residence
Plan and lead educational and recreational activities
Prepare and serve meals and snacks to the children
Help children with their homework and educational pursuits
Ensure the children's safety and wellbeing at all times
Keep the children's living and play areas tidy
Communicate regularly with parents about daily activities and any concerns

Requirements:

Proven experience as a babysitter or nanny (references may be requested)
CPR and First Aid certification preferred
Reliable transportation
A patient, caring, and dynamic personality
Excellent understanding of child development in different age stages
Ability to organize creative activities and educational games
Effective communication skills
