Permanent Farm Hands are agricultural workers who are employed on a long-term or ongoing basis to assist with various tasks on a farm. Their responsibilities can include planting, harvesting, feeding livestock, maintaining equipment, and ensuring the general upkeep of farm property. Unlike seasonal or temporary workers, permanent farm hands provide consistent support throughout the year and may develop specialized skills or take on additional responsibilities.
