Inside Sales Representative

Resound Networks, the 6th largest RDOF Phase I winner in the nation with more than $300 million in awards through 7 states, is looking to hire a Hybrid Scheduling Representative/Inside Sales Representative. This shift is for Saturday - Wednesday from 10 AM - 7 PM. This position will report directly to the Scheduling Coordinator and Director of Inside Sales

Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify leads through inbound and outbound calls and emails
• Sell services to new and existing customers
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
• Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
• Provide outstanding customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth
• Schedule incoming jobs to include installs, service calls, etc
• Maintaining and updating installer schedules.
• Updating customers on schedule delays/changes
• Optimizing present and future schedules to maximize route efficiency
• Coordinating between departments to maximize scheduling efficiency
• Rescheduling jobs (when necessary) in a timely manner.
• Answering scheduling queries via email and phone.
• Performing other administrative/billing tasks when required
• Check jobs from previous day and reschedule any installs that need rescheduling

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales or other related fields
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail
• ​Strong organizational skills
• Bilingual is a preferred
