Your new company:

We are a traffic engineering firm with bleeding-edge technology that is changing the way people drive. We have invented a robot that plugs into traffic signals that synchronizes the lights so that you don't stop. We see accidents reduce by 23%, stops by 60%, delays by 57% and vehicle emissions by 23%.

What you will learn:

We have a proven 6-step sales process that if followed faithfully, produces exceptional results. We also have an effective marketing division and a call center that sets sales appointments.

Who you will call:

We sell to traffic engineers who are responsible for traffic flow in city, county, and state government. It is a consultative sale. It is important that the Technical Sales Hunter is perceived to be a resource and trusted advisor by the prospect.

What you need to succeed:

  • Experience as a Business Development Rep | Inside Sales Rep

  • Proven record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas

  • Experience in working with CRM. We use Salesforce.com

  • $50,000-$75,000 base salary with no cap on commissions.
