What You'll Do
As an Inside Technical Sales Representative, you'll be at the center of daily operations, customer interaction, and sales support:
• Serve as the first point of contact for customers by phone, email, and walk-ins
• Process orders accurately and promptly
• Prepare quotations and provide pricing, product availability, and shipping timelines
• Support outside sales by sourcing products and preparing quotes
• Manage key accounts, including Oil & Gas customers
• Assist customers with product selection and application solutions
• Build strong customer relationships through responsive service and technical support
• Deliver consistent, high-quality service that keeps customers coming back

What You Bring
We're looking for someone who is dependable, driven, customer-focused, and eager to learn:
• Prior inside sales and/or customer service experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Strong organizational, data entry, multitasking, and customer service skills
• Efficient in Windows-based programs including Excel, Word, and Teams
• Willingness to learn and take direction when needed
Preferred Qualifications
• 2-3 years of experience and/or knowledge in one or more of the following areas: • Pumps
• Motors
• Rotating equipment
• Industrial products
• Experience with Salesforce, Zoom, Microsoft Office, SAP Ariba, and/or Epicor Prophet 21 (P21)
• Experience performing a majority of the functions described in this role
