Job Description

SUMMARY


The Human Resources Information System (HRIS) Analyst is responsible for managing, maintaining and optimizing the Company’s Human Resource Information System(s). Ensures the data accuracy, system functionality and compliance with relevant regulations. This position involves collaborating with the local, regional and global Human Resource team members and other stakeholders to support the HR processes and initiatives.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Duties – Core Functions:

  1. Administer and maintain the HRIS database, ADP’s Workforce Now and SAP Employee Central SuccessFactors, including data entry, updates, and system configurations.
  2. Ensure data accuracy and integrity by conducting regular audits and troubleshooting issues.
  3. Provide technical support to users, troubleshoot system errors and resolve inquiries related to HRIS functionality.
  4. Collaborate with HR team members to develop and implement processes for data management, reporting and analytics.
  5. Assist implementation of system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations with other software applications.
  6. Generate and analyze reports to support HR metrics, compliance requirements, and decision making.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to HR technology and systems.
  8. Train HR staff and end-users on HRIS functionality, processes and best practices.
  9. Backup for payroll processing.
  10. Maintains confidentiality of all information received through all sources.
  11. Perform other duties as assigned.

Tasks require walking, sitting, bending, reaching, mobility, and occasional lifting. Work requires computer skills (word processing, spreadsheet, presentations and data-entry), attention to detail and accuracy. Communication skills including listening and speaking are required for interaction with other employees, vendors, and customers. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to balance multiple tasks and any stress associated with the duties and responsibilities of this position are essential requirements in the performance of this job. Secondary duties with added requirements may be assigned from time to time.

General Qualifications:

Strong understanding of HR processes and data management principles. Proven experience working with HRIS platforms, such as ADP’s Workforce Now and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. Ability to work under tight and frequently changing deadlines in a dynamic business environment is necessary. Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality. Experience with HRIS implementation and system integration projects. Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.


Education and/or Experience

Associate’s degree in Human Resources, or Information Technology, or related field desired or at least 5 to 8 years of related HRIS experience.


Language Skills

The ability to communicate in English verbally and in writing is essential.


Mathematical Skills

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate meaningful insights. Strong math skills preferred.


Reasoning Ability

Must be able to multi-task and operate in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a disciplined approach to oversee all personnel needs. The ability to understand the company’s needs and is essential. Must be able to solve both practical and complex problems and deal with a variety of factors in situations where only limited standardization exists.


Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record are required at the time of hire and periodically thereafter.


TOOLS AND/OR EQUIPMENT

This position uses a computer extensively with strong proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel, a demonstrated ability to use PowerPoint and Word products as well as other common office type equipment.


WORK ENVIRONMENT

This position may work in various environments including office, factory or home settings. Employees who are assigned to work from home are expected to comply with all company requirements for core work hours or in-person attendance at company meetings or events.
