We are currently seeking a Licensed Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager to join our team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging between $40,000 and $65,000, with additional commissions on first-year business and life insurance sold. Monday - Friday (8:30am - 5pm) Work Schedule

• Conduct timely follow-ups to address client inquiries and concerns.
• Identify opportunities to upsell additional products to existing clients.
• Prepare and issue insurance documents promptly and accurately.
• Facilitate policy changes and updates based on client requests.
• Implement retention strategies to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
• Provide comprehensive insurance education and guidance.
• Proactively shop insurance renewals to secure competitive rates.

• Must have an active North Carolina Property and Casualty License and 2 years of Commercial Lines Insurance experience to be considered for this position.
• Preferred candidate will have knowledge of Epic and have or be willing to get their Life Insurance License.
• Experience using agency management systems to organize and manage client information.
• Meticulous attention to detail in all tasks and responsibilities.
• Skilled in prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance.
• Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Collaborative and supportive team member who fosters a positive work environment.
