Customer Service Representative

Vape Ink is a new concept mixed use store specializing in CBD, Vape, Glass, Smoke and Kratom products! Our stores are designed to provide a bright and clean welcoming feel with great customer service to match! Key Responsibilities (MUST BE 21+ TO APPLY):

• Demonstrate outstanding customer service and selling skills
• Maintaining a neat and clean store appearance
• Keeping a "customer ready" sales floor by keeping displays fully stocked with merchandise
• Assisting in the display of merchandise and organizing the selling floor and stock areas
  
• Display a commitment to personal growth and company success by achieving sales and service performance goals
• Knowledge of vape, smoke and CBD products

Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Possess enthusiastic, friendly and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers, peers and management
• Ability to multi-task, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business
• Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision
• Physical demands: This position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing and standing. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching and climbing ladders
• Available to work industry standard hours, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
• Retail sales experience a preferred
