Food and Beverage Manager

Position: Food and Beverage Manager

Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Range: $65,000 - $70,000 / year (DOE), plus up to 5% annual bonus potential

Schedule: Flexible schedule. Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed.

Responsibilities:

- Plan and oversee the daily operations of the food and beverage venues
- Manage and lead a team of food and beverage staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Adhere to food safety regulations and company policies/procedures
- Monitor beverage inventory levels to ensure consistent availability
- Set and achieve sales goals and targets for the venues
- Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness
- Handle customer complaints and address any issues promptly and effectively
- Work with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotions and events to attract new customers and increase sales

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a food and beverage management role
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems
